Redesigned and rebuilt the landing page to feel modern and product-led. Integrated a CMS so non-technical teammates could ship updates without engineering, plus a mailing-list flow for keeping prospects warm and an appointment-booking system for demo requests.
Core application
Reworked signup and onboarding end-to-end so new brokers could reach first value faster, and refreshed the broker dashboard around the workflows that mattered most.
Integrated payment infrastructure for transactions, including a whitelabel layer that lets partner companies process payments under their own branding — laying the groundwork for what later became the multi-tenant payment system.
The result is a more cohesive product for brokers, and a marketing surface that finally matches what the software does.
